Our Story

It all started in 1920 with an idea...
The merger of two real estate agents in south-western NSW forged a partnership that would last over 100 years. That partnership was Hore & Davies. Their commitment to each other and to the people they served shone through in their reputation for courage, optimism, innovation, resilience, and entrepreneurial flair.
Now is the beginning of a new chapter, an evolution. Hore & Davies, Perpetual Strata Management, PSM Property Solutions and Prestige Strata Management have amalgamated to become H+D Real Estate. We are anchored in the same value system that has been the foundations our longstanding success.
H+D Real Estate is a full-service agency. We provide expertise in real estate, strata management, property and facilities management, across state borders, serving both city and country people.
